The Youth and Family Service Advisory Board, the Local Prevention Council, and Youth Leadership Team - comprised of local townspeople, educational and business leaders, and youth serve as an advisory committee for the Town of Rocky Hill. It sponsors substance abuse awareness, educational programming and develops strong youth leaders. Meets monthly throughout the year.
