Access thousands of digital resources for free via your #RockyHill library card! If you don't have a Cora J. Belden Library card and you are a Rocky Hill resident, get a digital card to access our online resources by CLICKING HERE.
After filling out the form, you will receive a temporary library card number that will give full access to the majority of e-Resources from your phone, tablet, or laptop, including OverDrive / Libby books and more.
This e-Card will be good for 90 days. At that time please bring proof of residency, such as a photo I.D., utility bill, or other official mail, to the library. We will then provide you with your permanent card. Email cora@rockyhillct.gov with any questions.
Important Opening Information
PLEASE NOTE: The library will be open for in person services from 4:00 pm - 7:45 pm on Monday, March 1st, due to hosting the AARP tax group during the morning and afternoon hours. Curbside pickup service will remain available from 9:30 am - 7:45 pm.
We are open for limited use. We are offering in-person checkouts and computer usage by appointments.
In Person Checkouts:
Tuesday - Wednesday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday - Friday: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday - Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Library 2 Go Service:
Thursday - Friday: 9:30 am - 4:45 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am - 4:45 pm
Please use the outside book drop bins for library item returns. Please note: We are quarantining all items for 7 days or more. We are backdating and no fines will be incurred. Please DO NOT place donations / other items in the book drop bins.
