You must live in Rocky Hill and present a current driver's license or another form of identification, such as a current utility bill or checkbook, which shows your Rocky Hill address. You may complete a library card application in the library.

Rocky Hill residents of all ages may obtain cards. If you are a child younger than 6th grade, your parent or guardian must sign the library card application.

You can also sign up for a digital library card from home, and access thousands of digital resources for free! If you don't have a Cora J. Belden Library card and you are a Rocky Hill resident, get a digital card to access our online resources by CLICKING HERE. After filling out the form, you will receive a temporary library card number that will give full access to the majority of e-Resources from your phone, tablet, or laptop, including OverDrive / Libby books and more. This e-Card will be good for 90 days. At that time please bring proof of residency, such as a photo I.D., utility bill, or other official mail, to the library. We will then provide you with your permanent card. Email cora@rockyhillct.gov with any questions.

If you have a Smartphone you can download free apps, such as Card Star to recreate your barcode on your phone and AccessMyLibrary to find Gale databases and libraries wherever you are.
