Virtual Public Meeting - Regional Stormwater Authority Feasibility Study – February 25, 2026
Join us February 25 for a virtual public meeting on the Regional Stormwater Authority Feasibility Study, an effort led by the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) to explore new ways communities can better manage rain and runoff that contribute to flooding, pollution, and infrastructure damage. This study looks at whether a regional utility could provide a more stable, fair, and efficient way to fund stormwater management across multiple towns.
At the meeting, CRCOG and its consultant will share key findings from the study and explain what a regional stormwater utility could mean for residents and municipalities. The virtual meeting is at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25. Click here for meeting details and read the final report here.
Funding provided by the Climate Resilience Fund administered by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP).
