The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing lane closures for replacements of the Computerized Traffic Signal System (CTSS) on Route 99 in Rocky Hill to Route 314 in Wethersfield. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, October 6, 2025, and be completed on Friday, November 20, 2026.
There will be alternating lane closures on Route 99 in Rocky Hill and Wethersfield from Parsonage Street to Route 314/Jordan Lane from Monday, October 6, 2025, through Friday, November 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Traffic control signing patterns, flaggers, and Local Police will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
