On March 31, 2025 at 7:00am, the Rocky Hill Police Department along with emergency medical personnel responded to a report of an unresponsive male found in the parking area of the Concierge Apartment Complex, located at 98 Cold Spring Road. Upon arrival, immediate life saving measures were conducted however were unsuccessful and the individual was pronounced deceased. The Rocky Hill Police Department’s Detective Division along with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, arrived to investigate. Preliminary findings indicate no signs of criminal activity and at no point was there a threat to the public.
