With the severe drought conditions, red flag warnings and National Weather Service cautions, it is the determination of the Rocky Hill Fire Marshals office that any outside fire with no exception SHALL NOT be kindled until such time the warnings are cancelled and the drought conditions subside. This determination extends to the use of consumer sparklers and the like for ALL uses.
