On November 29th and November 30th NO BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS will be able to be submitted so that new software can be installed.

The Town of Rocky Hill Building Department will be partnering with a new permit software vendor to provide an enhanced online permitting experience.  This system may be familiar as it is being used in many Hartford area towns. The new permitting software is coming on Friday, December 1, 2023.

To prepare for this transition, the old permit system will be unavailable Tuesday, November 28th at 4:30 p.m. in order to transfer data to the new system. On Wednesday, November 29th and Thursday, November 30th NO PERMIT APPLICATIONS can be submitted so that the new software can be installed.
