[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Information to Keep Yourself and Others Safe

Relative to COVID-19, now is a good time to remind ourselves of steps we can take to decrease our exposure and help keep others safe. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers information about the virus, user-friendly instructions, and calculation tools to help decide when it is appropriate to isolate, quarantine, or take other precautionary measures.

The CDC provides instructions for individuals who are exposed to COVID-19 (What to Do If You Were Exposed to COVID-19 | CDC), experience symptoms of COVID-19 (Symptoms of COVID-19 | CDC), or test positive for COVID-19 (COVID-19 Testing: What You Need to Know | CDC). Healthcare workers and first responders should follow the instructions of their respective departments’ leadership.
