The Capitol Region Council of Governments is collaborating with several of its member cities and towns to explore the feasibility of creating a regional stormwater utility. Part of this project includes engaging the public to gauge the level of understanding of and concerns about stormwater-related issues in the region and how communities should go about managing these challenges.
