The Town of Rocky Hill's 2015 Plan of Conservation and Development is being revised as required by CGS Section 8-23. Planning and Zoning Commission (herein after PZC) has embarked on a public process (public meetings and hearing to be scheduled in June) to seek input from the public as well as our elected officials and appointed members of various boards and commissions of the Town. This DRAFT Plan has been prepared by the members of PZC with the input from the town staff, and public including the results of the survey.
