Beginning the week of January 27th, the Metropolitan District (MDC) and their contractor, Paramount Construction LLC, and subcontractor National Water Main Cleaning Company, will begin repairs and rehabilitation (lining) of the sanitary sewers in your neighborhood. The work includes CCTV inspection of the sewers, followed by repairing sewer pipes using a Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) or "No-Dig" method. Limited dig work may be required if poor pipe conditions are discovered.
Additional notices will be provided in advance of the pipe-lining work and any temporary service interruption. Traffic flow may be impacted around work zones. Traffic patterns may include temporary lane closures and alternating one-way. Please adhere to posted signage. General work hours will be Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
