In 1973, The Town of Rocky Hill engaged the consulting engineering firm CE Macguire to provide a Comprehensive Drainage Study and Master Plan. The report was developed to furnish the Town with solutions to existing storm drainage problems and provide a comprehensive study of future drainage requirements to the year 2025, along with the guidelines necessary for the Town to implement these improvements. The study and report were completed in August of 1975. The contents of the report were based on a thorough, detailed study of all the relevant features and data pertaining to the 1973 drainage problems in the Town of Rocky Hill.
