Geographic Location: Rocky Hill is centrally located within the State of Connecticut. Interstate 91 is the main North/South route in Connecticut. Interstate 84, the main East/West route in Connecticut provides quick and easy access to alternate regions within the State and is less than 10 miles north on I-91. State Route 9 offers access to Connecticut's wonderful shoreline area and is less than 2 miles south on I-91.

Highway Access: Exits 23 and 24 off I-91 offer quick and easy access to the main north/south Interstate route cutting through CT.

Airport Access: Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT is an easy 30 minutes away on I-91 by automobile. We also offer close proximity to Brainard Airport located in Hartford, CT, only 5 minutes away by automobile.

Corporate Ridge: Over 900,000 Square Feet of Office/Commercial/Hotel and Convention Center facilities in a state of the art campus setting less than one mile from Interstate 91.  Existing Class "A" office space is available and approximately 76 acres of prime real estate remains to be developed.

Silas Deane Highway and Cromwell Avenue: The Silas Deane Highway and Cromwell Avenue are major commercial thoroughfares in Rocky Hill. All manner of retail and service establishments as well as additional Class "B" office space are found along these routes.
